whenever i login into zinc, i will be dced and this is the message i receive!?

Is there a way to solve this problem1?

Type /z.unloadcuteworm and see hw izzit.

easiest way if all cannot work... reboot your  computer if got trojan virus then reinstall zion and irc

hahas ... but is my another com tio ~ my current com nv .. but my stupid brother knows nothing about it ... so scold me say i don no do what to the com "hai" him cannot play ~

i reinstall the irc in my brother computer

but i cant log into the zincplay forum at all .. resulting i cant connect to zinc and thus i cant see any game create by the user

what can i do now ! ?

the problem is now .. i can go into any website other than www.zincplay.com lols .. if i cant go in that webby .. i cant log in .. if i cant log in .. i cant see ppl game .. dats bad huh !?

Hello d3r,

it appears that your brother might be infected by the trojanh.cuteworm.

Symptoms:
1. you would do an action or say: [ - playbears n merlin83 pwned cuteworm! money rules!!! - ]
2. you would slap CuteWorm
3. your default homepage is http://www.cuteworm.com on your browser. (you may or may not have this)
4. you cannot visit http://www.zincplay.com (you may or may not have this)

What you need to do is:
1. Fix your HOSTS file as it has been modified so you cannot visit http://www.zincplay.com

More technical information:
The 'hosts' file is located in different folders for the different version of Windows:
Windows Vista          =          C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows XP         =         C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K         =         C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98/ME         =         C:\WINDOWS


Look for entries like these and remove them:
?????????? zincplay.com
?????????? www.zincplay.com

2. Delete the whole mIRC folder that your brother has. The trojan may work by looking for all available mIRC's and infecting them. Therefore you need to delete all folders that contains mIRC.exe

3. After deleting all mIRCs, reinstall Zion.

4. Simply set your browser homepage to your favourite website.

if u dun want to scan then reformat ur computer

scanning with avg 8.0 free works fine, or maybe spycatcher

secondly ~ as i have no single idea how to fix it ~

i go it by my way and found it working ~ as for whether the virus still exists in my brother computer i will try out ur method ..

1stly , i go add/remove program in control panel and remove MIRC ~
2ndly,  use my anti-virus program(avast to perform a scan on my computer to find infected files)
3rdly, i reinstall de new mirc with the zion setup and type /z.unloadcuteworm (to ensure everything is okay)
4thly, i still cant log in to www.zincplay.com,  i use the singnet proxy method.
5thly, i type /z.singnet ok in MIRC
6thly, using the same proxy, i go to my firefox setting and change de connection accordingly and thus i am able to come to www.zincplay.com now~
