First of all,Download the 1.22a STANDALONE patcher (patches from 1.00 to 1.21b INTO 1.22a)

Then install it.
Make sure your warcraft III is closed.
After which, type /z.options
Under PLugins/Games, Click Warcraft III TFT
Click Analyze. After finishing analyzing,
Close all instances of mirc.exe and warcraft and rerun Zion.
Warcraft 3 should work now.



Troubleshooting:

ERROR: unable to apply patch to file 'UI\SoundInfo\DialogSounds.slk'
Solution:
Use the Standalone patch.

No Cd in drive problem/Please ensure that warcraft III cd is in the drive:

Visit http://maged.lordaeron.org/WC3InstallPath.php
Type your warcraftIII directory into the text box.
Click generate and run the .reg files
Run the patch.

Unable to patch file BNUpdate.exe
Solution:
1. Navigate to your Warcraft III directory (For me this is C:/Program Files/Warcraft III)
2. Rename BNUpdate.exe to BNUpdate.bak
3. Rename patch.txt (if it exists) to patch.bak
4. Run the patch again
5. If it is successful, delete BNUpdate.bak and patch.bak


Unable to patch file War3.exe
Solution:
1. Navigate to your Warcraft III directory (For me this is C:/Program Files/Warcraft III)
2. Rename War3.exe to War3.bak
3. Rename patch.txt (if it exists) to patch.bak
4. Run the patch again
5. If it is successful, delete BNUpdate.bak and patch.bak

If you see BNUpdate or War3 only instead of BNUpdate.exe and War3.exe, Do the following steps
Open a folder, Go Tools,Folder options, Second tab >> Click Shown Known file extensions ,click apply.

Installed patch, game connected, Game found sound heard, But NO GAME IN LAN?!
Solution :
Make sure your warcraft III is closed.
After which, type /z.options

I tried using the solution provided, which is:

So i keyed in D:\Program Files\Warcraft III and downloaded the file. Ran it, gave me a success message. Only the prepatch still didn't work. Help please!

I think there's something wrong with my war.exe
Everytime when i start a game, there will be fatal error.
